Every summer, parents search for activities to keep from hearing the dreaded "I'm BORED!" Sports camps, arts&crafts; camps, and general camps abound, what what can they do for your AFTER the camp is over? Sure, you paid for a nice experience for the week (and paid handsomely, in some cases), but how does it benefit your child once they leave the camp? At Dynamic Martial Arts our Summer Karate Camps introduce your child to the martial arts in a FUN way, with small, digestible pieces of information&technique; spread out over a week's period. They learn basic kicks and blocks, and by week's end actually break a REAL piece of wood. All techniques are performed on pads, so there are no worries over very excited kids kicking each other. At the end of the camp, parents are treated to a demonstration, and students are excited to demonstrate what they have learned. The kids proudly show off their techniques, and their "graduation" certificates and photos, with a great sense of accomplishment. For the Parents... our camps are a great way to "try out" a martial arts activity with no obligations to continue. You can see over the week how your child responds to the activity and the instructor. Most martial arts schools offer only one free lesson, and then expect you to decide. With our camp, you get to see the full spectrum of what we offer, with no pressure to make a decision. You get to go home every night and process with your child what happened that day, and take your time to make a decision of what is best for you BOTH. Our camps are family-run, by 5th Degree Master Paul Czerniak, and his wife Kara, who is also a black belt. We have run our camps since 1996, so you can have confidence that the camp is organized, well-run, and your child in in good hands! Like to have an educated opinion? You can view parent testimonials online. Visit Dynamic Martial Arts online to read more about our camp, or to sign up and reserve your spot online.
